To the best of my knowledge death certificate has not been issued so far. But I don&#39;t know for how many war dead death certificates have been issued. <br />Actually, in our wars I have seen it being issued by the military doctors in the attached base hospital. Considering the bodies have been cremated, this documentation might have been done. However, I found in some of the past cases, sometimes Sri Lanka&#39;s procedures can be highly bureaucratic.
